Cleaning and Contamination of Photobioreactor

How to clean the photobioreactor other than autoclaving? Also does the anabaena species are prone to be contaminated easily?

    cyanogen bromide will clean up your bioreactor great, but is very dangerous for amateurs to use because it is highly toxic. What is the matter with bleach?

    Hydrogen peroxyyde should be safer

    I suggest you ultrasonic clean with a little of vibration.
