  • Dear Algae group members,

We probably all know that fuel that contains algae will cost more than gasoline at this stage, so how do customers look at algae is worth thinking about. Let’s assume that we have algae-mixed diesel.I am trying to do a market survey for fuels with algae. Would you mind taking a second to fill the survey? http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/LJD7LT8
It’s just 6 questions and really quick.

Thank you very much for your help! and what do you guys think about the marketing strategy of algae fuel???

Cyclotella.Cryptica has been gentically modified under the US Gov. Aquatic Species program in the 1970-1990's. It will EAT carbon dioxide or carbonic acid out of seawater. It can grow several times its biomass per day and produces a light distilate kerosene in the C-12-14 range. Our reactor EATS CO2 100% pure out of a tank. The inputs are sunlight and mixing action. I called Read Gardner coal fired Power Plant in Nevada, not interested The Director of the National Lab called me and told me not to sell it anymore to anyone. Hummm?? Must mean it really works. Did you know that Platinum is 40 times more rare than gold? I would happily make you some but my probation officer was very specific... NO GLASS CONTAINERS WITH LIQUIDS ABOVE A FLASH POINT OF 150 F Any good chemist knows the flash point of kerosene is 100-150 F Seems like this stuff must really be a threat? Awsome!! I believe that target must aim to substitute instead of eliminate some photobioreactor components. For example, fluorescent lights by LEDs, agitation by difusion, plastic by glass, and similar things.
