Electric Car End of Life Waste Handling and Recycling Infrastructure - CleanTick Challenge

Handling of hazardous materials used in electric vehicles (much like eWaste management) at the end of operational life of the vehicle is a pain point. Thus recycling facilities specific to electric vehicles would be a great boon as these possibly reduce the cost and makes waste management easier. What are the ways by which an optimal waste handling and recycling infrastructure could be built?
