I have designed a structure that utilizes the concepts of organic hydroponic vertical greenhouse farming, greenhouse gas convection control and utilization, geothermal heat and power, solar power, wind power, gravity, steam pressure, algae harvesting and processing for various products, water treatment, water catches, wireless electric distribution, automation, organ ovens, surgical robots, three dimensional printing, or any other technology that can be incorporated. I don't want to go into great detail but in short this structure will provide people of a community or country (based on scale) with an abundance of resources necessary to suffice each basic human need as well as the comforts provided my modern technology. It is a continuous carbon neutral self sustaining system that produces animal food and crops, fertilizers, clean water, electricity, heat, medicine, health care, artifact and tool production, building material and clothing as well as plastics.
