I am Postgraduate in Chemistry from Meerut University (1972) , India and did UNESCO P. G. Course in Modern Methods of Analytical Chemistry , from Charles University , Prague , Czechoslovakia in 1977 - 78 . I served in Q. C. Lab. of Daurala Chemical industries, Daurala, Meerut, India for 6 months .
