I have invented a new method of hydro power generation.  I have invented a turbine the output of which exceeds input. I named the method \Electricity from Static Water\. I am trying to develop prototype of 1 MW model.  In this method pumps are used to turn the turbine. The input to the pumps is much smaller than the potential output of the turbine.  By typing \electricity from static water\ in google search, one can see my entry in Techbriefs.design contest 2010.
