One of India’s largest automakers, Mahindra & Mahindra, has opened a new fuel cell R&D facility in Chennai, India, known as the Mahindra Research Valley. The automaker has officially announced that the company will be developing new hydrogen fuel cells to power its future vehicles.
The new facility will focus on developing new and efficient fuel cell systems in a short time and will also work to make them affordable. The company is hoping to sell the hydrogen-powered vehicles by 2015. - read more
